Jaime Racine Green, M.S.P.T.

Trevor Stephenson, M.S.P.T, CSCS, Rehab Director

  • Graduated in 2002 from Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy
  • Has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitative Fitness from Central Michigan University.
  • Trevor's treatment approach emphasizes the use of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement/postural re-education to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
  • Experienced in treating sports related injuries, pre and post surgical patients with involvement of the upper/lower extremity/and spine.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
  • Trevor provided rehabilitative services for recreational and varsity athletes at Central Washington University for 4 years.
  • In his free time Trevor enjoys cycling, hiking, surfing, and participation in triathlons during the summer months.

Dennis Howe, On-call Therapist, PT

  • Master of Physical Therapy,  University of Utah 2001
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration Southern Oregon University, 1993
  • He uses an approach primarily combining therapeutic exercise and a variety of manual therapies in which he has had extensive training.
  • He is experienced in treating patients pre- and post- back and neck surgery as well as hip, shoulder, and various other orthopaedic surgeries.
  • Completed a solo cross country bicycle tour from Yorktown, VA to Astoria, OR in the summer of 2010.  He then completed the trek by going to Hawaii to compete in Maui's Cycle to the Sun up the Haleakala Crater. He also completed the week-long Cycle Oregon ride in 2009.

Liesl Jeck, Patient Care Coordinator

  • Office and billing manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Movement Science, University of Oregon 2000
  • Certifications in: Reimbursement and Coding for Outpatient Physical Therapy Services and Interpersonal Communication Skills for Business Professionals.
  • She has attended courses on Medicare 2010, How to be an Outstanding Receptionist, and Accounting for Non-Financial People.
  • She currently is active in running a variety of road races, enjoys rock climbing and playing with her two little boys.
  • She worked in OB/GYN and Head and Neck/ENT offices in a variety of administrative roles before finding her place in physical therapy. She has been the office and billing manager at Goodell PT since the clinic opened 6 years ago.
  • Liesl is the contact person for patients with questions about their care at the clinic or billing issues.

Peggy Racine, Office Assistant

  • Peggy (Jaime’s mom) arrived in Portland from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in November 2010 for the birth of her first grandchild, Gabrielle Racine Green.
  • For the last 10 years she has worked in the chiropractic field as a Chiropractic Assistant and Office Manager.
  • She worked in a dental office and was a Customer Service Representative for a managed care organization.
  • She was certified and licensed by the State of Michigan and Wisconsin and worked for 14 years as a Hearing Conservation Technician and Hearing Aid Specialist.
  • In her “spare” time, Peggy loves to walk and work out 3-5 times a week. She has been an aerobic instructor, cheerleading coach, licensed day care provider and a 15 year member of a non-denominational music ministry called the “Seed Sowers”. She is also thrilled to be able to provide daycare for Gabby!
